I joined the Augusta Art Guild earlier this year, and I can’t wait to participate in yet another Guild event. The Guild’s Sculpture in the Vineyard exhibit will take place on the grounds of Baker-Bird Winery, the oldest estate winery in America. Enjoy the picturesque vineyard setting and take in incredible works of art created by Guild members.
The exhibit will be open over two weekends, but be sure to attend the Artists Reception on July 22 if you want to meet the artists.
Directions to the Winery:
GPS directions to the winery can be misleading. The winery is located in Augusta, KY on Rt. 19 about 1/10th of a mile south of the intersection of Rt. 8 and Rt. 19. Look for an opening in the guardrail on the east side of Rt. 19, as well as signs for the Baker-Bird Winery.
