Cheat River Festival Art Market
Saturday, May 7

The Cheat River Festival, held each year about 25 miles southeast of Morgantown, WV, is not only a celebration of the new life that comes with Spring, but it also represents the new life that can be found in the Cheat River watershed. The festival is Friends of the Cheat’s main fund-raiser of the year and helps to support conservation projects in the watershed. The Cheat River Festival Art Market features a selection of juried fine artists and artisans from the Moutain State and eyond. Artists will be there selling their pottery, paintings, fine jewelry, and more.

However, the Cheat River Festival includes much more than just the Art Market – activities are available for the whole family, from a 5K in the morning and crafts for the kids to live musical entertainment throughout the day

Bring a friend and your kids, and enjoy an wonderful day of outdoor fun, food, and art!
