This week, my husband and I bought running shoes and committed to a new exercise program. While we’re only a few days in, we’re having a wonderful time so far, and I don’t think we’ll have any problems sticking to it. We’re running together each morning, and the exercise gives us both a great sense of accomplishment and energy with which to start the day.
I have a feeling our early morning workouts will do great things for my morning creativity, and I’m looking forward to lots of productive days of crafting and designing.
